Our Sweat Sessions
The ultimate after-work pick-me-up. These 30-minute sessions are short, sharp, and seriously fun. Designed to get you moving, glowing, and feeling strong without the pressure. Whether you’re building strength for heels, dance, life, or just here for a good time, each class brings a different focus: sweaty HIIT, booty burn, or core control.

Style Overview: This class is a delicious mix of heels choreography and floorwork, designed to make you feel sexy, slippery, and in full control. We’re talking hair whips, slow descents, and legs for days. Whether you’re strutting across the room or melting into the ground.

Stretch and Flexibility – Tuesday 6 PM
Style Overview: A class designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall body control. Whether you’re a dancer or just looking to enhance your range of motion, this session is perfect for all levels.

Style Overview: A high-energy, glamour-filled class inspired by the showgirls of Vegas, combining elegant movements, strong stage presence, and dazzling technique. Expect classic showgirl walks, graceful arm work, and stage-worthy routines.

Burlesque – Tuesday 8 PM
Style Overview: From classic showgirl to pop vixen and everything in between. You’ll focus on the art of striptease, stage presence, and character, learning choreography that highlights each monthly theme. It’s a space to build confidence, develop your burlesque persona, and have a damn good time doing it. No experience necessary. Come as you are and take what you need.

Style Overview: Drag Fundamentals with Toni Kola is your intro to the art of drag. Covering movement, character, confidence, and stage presence in a welcoming, all-levels space. This class is the first step in building ilLustrious’s drag community and will evolve into our signature performance pathway, Drag Me for Filth. Step into your power and start your drag journey here

Friday
Studio session: Act Development (Starting AUGUST)
Style Overview:
This is your performance choose-your-own-adventure. Whether you’re creating a new act, reviving an old one, or just want time in the studio to explore ideas, this session gives you the space to play. Use the hour however you need; rehearse solo, bounce ideas off your peers, test out costuming, or get feedback from an ilLustrious instructor or fellow performers.
Only $10 a session, it’s the cheapest rehearsal time in town, with bonus support. Come every week or drop in when you need a boost.
You’ll also have the chance to perform your work-in-progress at one of our monthy shows and receive on-stage photos from a professional photographer.
This is a collaborative, creative space to develop your craft at your own pace. All styles and stages welcome.

Saturday
Strip Mall Saturdays – STARTING AUGUST
Style Overview: Your new Saturday ritual: big dreams, bigger lashes, and a healthy dose of sparkle-fueled chaos. Strip Mall Saturdays are your Monthly excuse to let loose, try something new, and live out your fiercest (and most fabulous) suburban fantasy.
Each 90-minute workshop is a fresh adventure—showgirl struts, sultry heels, floorwork flow, silk fans, cabaret antics, Disney daydreams, clown couture, and more. Taught by ilLustrious instructors and special guests, it’s all about exploration, confidence, and pure unfiltered fun. No pressure. No perfection. Just you, a little extra fabulous, and a lot of good times.
