Our Sweat Sessions

The ultimate after-work pick-me-up. These 30-minute sessions are short, sharp, and seriously fun. Designed to get you moving, glowing, and feeling strong without the pressure. Whether you’re building strength for heels, dance, life, or just here for a good time, each class brings a different focus: sweaty HIIT, booty burn, or core control.

Floor play – Monday 6 PM
Style Overview: This class is a delicious mix of heels, choreography, and floorwork, designed to make you feel sexy, slippery, and in full control. We’re talking hair whips, slow descents, and legs for days. Whether you’re strutting across the room or melting into the ground.

From classic showgirl to pop vixen and everything in between. You’ll focus on the art of striptease, stage presence, and character, learning choreography that highlights each monthly theme. It’s a space to build confidence, develop your burlesque persona, and have a damn good time doing it. No experience necessary. Come as you are and take what you need.

Cha Cha Cha – Wednesday 6 PM
